Our classes take place in a large fitness room within our fitness center. The main wall is mirrored so you'll always be able to check your technique and proper form.
We also feature gym equipment for use when classes aren't in session like fitness mats for stretching, stability balls, medicine balls, foam rollers, cardio steps, strength bands, BOSU Balance Trainer, kettlebells, dumbbells and more. Members are always welcome to use the fitness room for stretching or core work when classes aren't in session.
Our class schedule is updated every month. If the fitness classes you're interested in aren't offered, we may be able to add them in the future.....Just let us know!
We offer One-time drop-in rates, Weekly rates and Monthly Rates if you just want to try our classes without purchasing a membership.

Most classes will incorporate the use of a fitness or yoga mat. Please bring your own mat. Mats are also available for rent or purchase.
Meet Our Instructors:
Samantha's passion for fitness started at school with gymnastics where she competed at County and National level within England. After retiring from competitions, she became a successful women’s gymnastics coach at a high performance level and began her love of teaching exercise and fitness. In 2013, Samantha relocated to Naples, Florida from England, with her husband and two daughters. She is an AFAA Group Fitness instructor, as well as a certified AFAA Practical Pilates and a Barre Above Instructor and is CPR/AED certified by the American Heart Association.
Jodi is a RYT 200 trained in several modalities of yoga and is also a Paddle-board yoga teacher and ACE group fitness instructor. Jodi has a passion for teaching and seeing others being healthy and happy, which is one of the many reasons she loves teaching Yoga and group fitness classes. Jodi has been married 38 years and has 2 adult children.
